Domestic (USA) Exchanges:
You can initiate a exchange within 14 business days of your order delivery date. We only exchange for incorrect sizes and or wrongly sent items.
We cover your shipping cost to send back items to be exchanged.
Glyndon does not cover the return shipping cost for refunds to original payment method.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached.

Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.
International
Exchanges:

Photo clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
